Did you find one of our stones?

We  are starting the post-Easter season by inviting you on a little “treasure hunt.”  In our Palm Sunday worship service, we considered the scripture text “I tell you, if these were silent, the stones would shout out.”  (Luke 19:40)  and decided to share some stones to shout our messages of Love, Hope and Care with our Auburn friends and neighbors.  We have left these stones around town, in various public and, we hope, very visible places.

If you have found any of these stones, we are so glad they led you here to our webpage and invite you to look around and learn more about us.

Keep the stone as our gift to you, it was meant for you to find, with our wish that it may be a blessing to you.  We also invite you to let us know by posting a photo of your stone on our church’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/Longmeadow with the hashtag #StonesWillShout.

Save Our Steeple Campaign

Since 1857 Longmeadow Congregational Church has been a beacon of light and hope, lovingly serving our Auburn neighbors and the surrounding communities. We have found our Church is in need of some critical repairs including some reconstruction of its iconic steeple. Our goal is almost $60,000 and we are asking for your help to complete this project. No donation is too small and can be mailed in to: LCC-SOS, PO Box 356, Auburn, NH 03032-0356. Donations also accepted by Venmo (comment: Steeple)

Thanks very much and God Bless

We are overjoyed to announce that $60,000 has been pledged for the Longmeadow steeple repair project! A huge thank you to everyone who contributed – your generosity and community spirit are truly remarkable. People from all corners of Longmeadow's network came together to make this happen, and we couldn’t be more thrilled! We’re now eagerly working to collect the pledges and kick off the repairs. This incredible milestone wouldn’t have been possible without each and every one of you. Stay tuned for exciting updates as we bring this project to life!
